This moment holds me completely; I surrender to its quiet power.

I feel the weight of my body, the air on my skin—proof that I am grounded here.

Time softens around me; only this sacred now matters, and I belong to it.

I am a tree with deep roots, drawing peace from the earth in this eternal present.

Distractions dissolve as I choose to inhabit the spaciousness of right now.

In this moment, I am whole, still, and infinitely connected to the life unfolding within me.
